Farm Credit Welcomes Tillman as Operations Support

Farm Credit of the Virginias (FCV), a lending cooperative that serves Virginia, West Virginia and western Maryland, announced that Garrett Tillman has joined the Association as operations support. He will be based in the Roanoke branch, but he will serve the entire three-state territory’s loan processing efforts.

Tillman is originally from Rock Hill, SC, but he currently resides in Roanoke, Va. Tillman brings previous experience both in branch management and in operations at other lending institutions.

Regarding his new role, Tillman shared, “I am excited to bring my experience and skills to my position with Farm Credit, and I look forward to being part of a team dedicated to having a positive impact on the agricultural community.” 

Loan Operations Supervisor, Karen Wilcher, said, “We are glad to have Garrett join our loan processing team. His background and work ethic will make him a valuable asset for the Association.”

Outside of work, Tillman volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. He also enjoys archery, kayaking, traveling and hiking.
