Mortgage Loan Originator

Albemarle and Nelson County
areas)
West Virginia (Franklin,

Originates residential
loans (Country Mortgages) for sale in
the Secondary Market.
Must
determine the appropriate investor with
which to place the mortgage,
based upon approved investors and
available products. Serves present and
prospective customers with sound,
productive residential credit according
to our
policy and investor
guidelines. Develops business strategies
that target potential customers, as well
as referrals from builders, realtors,
and other sources for Secondary Market
Loans.
Requires prior origination experience,
commitment to quality customer service
and demonstrated ability to exceed sales
goals.
Accounting
Clerk - Staunton, VA
This
entry level accounting position will be
responsible for supporting the senior
associate accountants by completing data
entry, performing a variety of accounts
payable functions and assisting
with record maintenance and report
creation/publication. Will be
responsible for assuming additional
duties to cover vacations and other
special projects as needed.
Qualifications include exceptional
computer skills (knowledge of
accounting
systems a plus), accuracy & detail
orientation, demonstrated ability to
work in a team environment. High school
diploma (or equivalent) with preference
given to associates degree in accounting
