Ruebush joins Farm Credit with more than 12 years of experience at another local lending institution, where she served as a branch manager and vice president.

“I am excited to bring my sales experience and loan knowledge to this role, all while strengthening my knowledge of the diverse agriculture industry that the Harrisonburg branch serves,” Ruebush shared regarding his new position at Farm Credit of the Virginias.

Michael Almond, Chief Lending Officer, said, “I am very excited for Michelle to be joining our team here at Farm Credit. She brings more than a decade of experience in customer service, banking and management, but what I believe our customer-owners will really appreciate is her great passion for agriculture and the rural communities we serve.”

Outside of work, Ruebush is very involved with her three young children’s activities. From sporting events to pageants to livestock shows, there isn’t much spare time in the Ruebush household.
