Briefly describe your involvement in agriculture. My family has been in the cattle industry for approximately 15 years. We try to keep between 25 to 30 cows, calves and one bull. Being a farmer brings me so much joy to my life I'm very blessed.
Tell us about your pets. For as long as I can remember I have always had a pet. Currently I have 3 cats, 4 cows and 1 horse. My cats names are Crystal, Cokie and Oscar. My cows are Betsy, Annabelle, Shadow and Merida. My horse is name is Bud, but I always tell people is a horse that thinks he's a cow!
What is your favorite song or artist? Ever since I was 5 years old my favorite band has been and always will be the Backstreet Boys. Whenever I'm having a bad day or just need to lift my spirits all I have to do is play them and my mood instantly changes. Back in 2019 I finally got to see them in concert after 20 years of waiting it was worth it!
What is your favorite place you ever visited? I don't travel often, but just last year I experienced the best vacation I have ever been on. My mom and I went aboard the Disney Wish traveling to Disney's private island Castaway Kay and Nassau, Bahamas. Being a Disney lover, I was on cloud 9 while on this ship. Meeting characters, eating amazing food and watching broadway style shows every night was a dream. The islands were beautiful, but my favorite part was when I snorkeled at Castaway Cay I found the hidden statue of Minnie Mouse! I'm hoping to go on another Disney Cruise very soon!
What was your first job? A lifeguard at the YMCA
What is your favorite thing about Farm Credit? The culture and people. I have never worked in such a friendly and welcoming company before. I am very thankful and blessed for this opportunity. This job has brought a lot of joy and excitement into building my career with Farm Credit.
What are your favorite weekend activities? Probably going to the movies or going to the cattle market with my dad.
