Farm Credit Welcomes Flanagan as Continuous Improvement Analyst

Farm Credit of the Virginias (FCV), a lending cooperative that serves Virginia, West Virginia and western Maryland, announced that Amelia Flanagan has joined the Association as a continuous improvement analyst, based in the Charlottesville branch office.

Originally from Floyd, Va., Flanagan now resides in Charlottesville, Va. She attended Virginia Tech, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in agribusiness and a master’s degree in agricultural and applied economics. Prior to joining Farm Credit of the Virginias, Flanagan worked for Horizon Farm Credit for more than three years.

Regarding her new role, Flanagan shared, “I look forward to partnering with departments across the Association to support the continuous improvement efforts of Farm Credit of the Virginias. I am also excited to continue carrying out the Farm Credit mission in my local community.”

“Amelia brings extensive knowledge and experience in her skillset that will benefit not only the department, but the Association as a whole. I am excited to have Amelia on our team!” shared Kelly Irvine, continuous improvement and project manager.
