Briefly describe your involvement in agriculture. My grandpa was a turkey farmer and my dad and I had our own small garden with plants that we grew from seeds.
What's your favorite family recipe? My favorite family recipe is my family’s North Carolina BBQ recipe. I have gotten the secret sauce mix and have yet to make it, but one day I will attempt to. It's vinegar-based and goes so well with slaw and hush puppies.
Tell us about your pets. I have a German Shepherd named Luna (pictured below), who I rescued and trained to become a service dog. She helps me with a lot of things. I have an orange cat named Milo who is my velcro cat. I also have a long-haired grey cat who just loves to sleep in my bed.

What is your favorite book or author? My favorite authors are Stephen King and Edgar Allen Poe. I love both because they are very well-written and I love their stories.
What is your favorite quote from a TV show? My favorite quote is, "More hands makes less work" from the TV show, Letterkenny. It's a nice reminder that teamwork is valuable.
What is your favorite season? My favorite season is fall. I enjoy the change of weather and how the leaves look. Also, some of the best sunsets are during that time.

Have you ever collected anything? I currently collect consoles. Growing up, and still today, I am an avid video gamer. I have collected most of the different consoles at this point and still actively play them.
What was your dream job as a child? My dream job as a child would have been a marine biologist. I really love sea animals and wanted to explore all of the sea at one point.
What is your favorite thing about Farm Credit? Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I really enjoy working with my team and the various departments.
What are your hopes for the ag industry? I hope the younger generation can see agriculture as a source of income and find ways to save our farmlands. Without agriculture, we would starve.
What is your biggest claim to fame? My biggest claim to fame is that back in high school, I performed in Chicago as a headliner for an orchestra concert with the high school band. Everyone loved our set and wanted an encore. It was a lot of fun.
If you could revisit any place, where would you go? I would go to Puerto Rico again. I absolutely fell in love with the island and want to visit there again for a longer period. I love the culture and the people there. I wish more travelers could see Puerto Rico how I was able to see it.
